Usually networks like ISP , enterprise ,financials, and any type of data center produce huge amount of traffic and huge sets of complicated provisioning happens.

There are human brains involved to get these moving in healthy operational state, usually the four 9 rule (99.99%) SLA MUST be guaranteed.

ISP and telcos are the most watched in this space.
